Five columns map to the wave lifecycle. Drag a wave to advance it. Drag an order chip between waves to rebalance load across zones — without touching SQL.

Live progress, always

Wave cards show order count, total items, picked items, and put items as live counters. When a wave finishes, the next queued wave promotes automatically.

Single-wave binding

Every order is pinned to exactly one wave for its pick / put lifecycle. No double-assignments, no orphans. Every move writes an activity row.

Sticky filters

Time range, hidden statuses, and card fields persist per user. Open the board tomorrow and your view is exactly where you left it.
