Tried and True? Or Try Something New?

Part of the problem of course is the whole issue of convincing the client that there is a better solution. One thing is for sure – if you’re not convinced that you have a better solution, you will not convince the client either.

So what has to happen? First, you have be willing to explore things outside of your tried and true experiences to find the truly best solution. This includes being confident enough to ask provocative questions of your clients, questions that you may not be completely comfortable asking, but questions they just may thank you for asking.

The second thing is to make sure you have the tools to convince yourself that the solution you are designing is the right one.

That’s where Pendant comes in. We have a tag line, “Syncing Automation with Imagination”. We’re soon to double down on that idea by introducing new tools that will not only help you change the way you think about your business, but will also help your clients think differently about their businesses. You never know. It might mean you change some things.

Watch this space because we’ll keep you posted.
